Snack - 1/2 chocolate muffin 

Lunch - 1/2 bag of sunflower crunch salad 

Snack - fruit leather bar 

Dinner - (2pk) mini wafels (70 cal), blackberry bliss chia squeeze & Quest “birthday cake” bar
