Snow covered streets and a crisp (feels like) 12° can’t stop me from reaching my goals!

Single jump ropes - 150/round (for the last round I was able to complete all 150 straight!! πŸ‘πŸΌ)

During the warm up, I felt a pop in my right shoulder and had a tingling (numbing) feeling shoot through my arm. Coach Russ reassured me it was associated with a pinched nerve. I was able to do the work out (for the most part), with the exception of the push ups at the end...my nerve felt aggravated so I skipped them. Another day...
