Deadlifts with 85 lbs 

Pull ups with assisted band (purple the first 2 rounds and then the green band after that)

American KB Swings with 35lbs 

8 Rounds, plus 3 deadlift and 3 pull ups 

Bench press worked up to 75lbs (2 unassisted reps). I tried to go for 80 lbs but was unable to successfully complete.
