Breakfast:  Activia blueberry yogurt
Snack:  slice of coconut bread a co-worker brought in
Lunch:  flatbread pb&j
Snack:  2 handfuls of Reese's PB chips
Dinner:  

Water:  80 oz. 

I walked on my treadmill for 70 mins. and went 5 miles @ a 4.3 pace while watching my show... The Biggest Loser!
