Breakfast:  omelette (2 eggs, shredded cheese, ham, bell peppers, avocado and salsa) 
Lunch:  Sunrise Sunset smoothie from Tropical Smoothie
Dinner:  about 1c. chicken fettuccine alfredo
Snack:  vanilla cupcake (no frosting)
Water:  60 oz
