Pre-work out - banana
Breakfast - banana & vanilla protein shake
Lunch - turkey sandwich w/ cucumber & avacado
Snack - Dark chocolate covered bananas, (2) pieces of jerky, 1 small slice of Havarti cheese
Dinner - Taco salad at Marv's (minus the shell and Ranch dressing)
Water - 11 c.
