15 minutes to complete:

40 kettlebell swings (35/53)
40 knees to elbow
400 m run

2 rounds

then

double unders for remaining time

Score is number of double unders


So...I completed the 2 rounds with about 3 minutes left to spare.  Not that it matters, unless you can do double unders, which I can't.  I tried for them the whole 3 mins., and I believe I got a total of 7.  They felt different and sounded like DU so I hope I was doing them.  I will have to work on them on my own time!
