5 mins to complete 400m run and 20 burpees box jump overs. My box was at 16” today and it was more of step ups than actual jump overs, but at least there was continual movement. If we finished the set in under 5mins that leftover time was our rest time. I finished with at least a minute to spare each set so that was good for me.

Tonight was my first time trying the rings...I scaled by doing knees to rings instead.
