After 1.5 weeks off, it felt so good to be back in the gym today!! The 2nd round of AMRAP made me a little nervous because of my hamstring so I modified. I used a band with a PVC pipe for deadlifts and worked on form and didn’t get quite as intense with the burpee to plate.
This was definitely a good WOD
