10 pull ups
20 double unders
200m run
10 push ups
20 double unders
400m run
Rounds: 3 1/2
(3 + 10 pull ups, 60 singles, 200m run, & 10 push ups) I used a band to assist all my pull ups, but I did REAL push ups the whole time!! :)
