Pre-Workout Snack:  1 energy ball (go-dough)
Breakfast:  1 strawberry Activia yogurt
Snack:  2 chip ahoy cookies
Lunch:  flatbread PB&J
Snack:  Costco chocolate muffin
Dinner:  1 quesadilla with costa vida sauce

Water:  80 oz.
