10 (hand release) push ups
15 sit ups
20 air squats

10 rounds

Time:  About 20 min.

(We only ended up doing 9 rounds because we ran out of time and had to leave to get ready for work.  9 rounds accomplished, but still dripping with sweat and left feeling accomplished!)
