I woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep. My gym partner and I don’t usually work out on Wednesdays. Instead, I usually go for a walk with friends, but today it was snowing so we canceled. I decided to get up and put in some time on my stationary bike…30 minutes later and I had gone 10 miles! Biking for the win! π΄ππ»
