For the first 3 rounds I did 115# for DL. Then I felt like my hamstring tighened up so I dropped 10# and did the rest of the WOD with 105#.

I partnered with Crystal and we only had about 45 seconds to spare before reaching the capped 27 mins. With that, we both only got one deadlift rep in at 145#
